JOE HORLACHER
Joe is one of HyBird's founding members and CTO. Joe is an expert in propulsion engineering design and experienced in many other fields. Joe is a US Army Veteran and proud father of 5 children. German and Cajun cuisine are his favorites.
DR. STEPHEN WHITMORE
Dr. Whitmore is HyBird's number one research partner and rocket scientist. He leads the Utah State Propulsion Lab and brings 25+ years of experience to our team. Dr. Whitmore is a retired NASA civil servant and a sneaky good chef. He enjoys conquering mountains whether on skis, bike, or foot.
